Margaret Zangrilli, LCSW is the founder and therapist of No Labels Therapy.  She has over 17 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the area of trauma, sexual abuse and assault, and domestic violence.  She has a wellness-focused holistic approach to therapy rooted in evidence based practice - primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) (Learn More →).  She views the mind, body, and spirit as one system and aims to help clients increase and balance the health of all three parts of the system to achieve total wellness.  Margaret is bilingual in Spanish and received her Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago's Jane Addams College of Social Work in 2006.  She is a Certified EMDR Therapist, has completed her EMDR training with the EMDR Institute, and holds a certificate in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals.  She worked as a bilingual advocate and therapist for children and families affected by child sexual abuse for 8 years at the Children's Advocacy Center.  Margaret also worked as a bilingual therapist for adult, adolescent, and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse, as well as their significant others, at the Northwest Center Against Sexual Assault (NWCASA) for over 4 years.  Additionally, she supervised other clinicians and facilitated and developed curriculums for therapy groups at NWCASA.  She has extensive experience working with domestic violence survivors through her volunteer work and a Master's level internship she completed while in graduate school.  She considers it her life's passion to help others discover their inner strength to overcome obstacles and improve their lives.  She is endlessly inspired by her clients' resilience, strength, and inner beauty.  Margaret proudly identifies as a social worker, woman, advocate, animal lover, and optimist- none of which she considers to be labels.
